Most paint failures are not paint problems. They are preparation problems, moisture problems, or the wrong coating system for the substrate and exposure. So our packages start with the surface: what it is, what condition it is in, why the last coating failed, and what preparation and system will actually last.

The UAE climate is a factual part of that assessment. Sustained UV exposure degrades binders and pigments, high surface temperatures affect application and curing, and humidity and moisture ingress attack coatings from behind. Exterior systems are selected with those conditions in mind - and applied within the temperature and humidity ranges the manufacturer specifies.

Surface preparation standards

Cleaning, sanding, filling, crack treatment, priming, and moisture checks defined in the scope - because coating life is decided before the first topcoat.

Façade repair before recoating

Painting & façade - common questions

Why does façade paint fail so quickly on some buildings?

Almost always one of three causes: inadequate preparation (coating over dust, chalking paint, or unrepaired cracks), moisture getting behind the coating and pushing it off, or the wrong system for the substrate and exposure. Recoating over any of these simply buys a short delay before the same failure returns. Our assessment identifies the cause first, and the scope addresses it - repair and preparation before paint.

Can the work be done while the building is occupied?

Yes - most of our painting and façade packages are delivered in occupied properties. The programme is planned around occupancy: agreed working hours, phased areas, protected access routes, containment of preparation works, and clear notice to residents or staff before each stage. For trading outlets, out-of-hours working can be arranged where the building permits it.

How is access handled for façade work?

Access is assessed and priced as part of the package, not left to you to arrange. Depending on the building height, elevation layout, and ground conditions, that may mean scaffolding, mobile elevating work platforms, or other powered access - together with the permits and safety measures the building, community, or authority requires.

Can we choose the colours and paint manufacturer?

Yes. We work with the major coating manufacturers available in the UAE and can match an existing scheme, apply your brand colours, or propose options with samples on the actual substrate. Where a community or landlord controls the external palette, we confirm the approved colours before anything is ordered.

Do you paint single rooms?

Our painting work is structured as defined packages - typically full interiors, complete elevations, whole floors, or entire properties - because that is where proper preparation, supervision, and programme control add real value. If your requirement is part of a broader upgrade or refurbishment, the best route is to start a project brief and we will advise on the right scope honestly.
