Defined advisory packages before you commit.
A senior technical and commercial assessment as a first engagement: before you sign a lease, before you appoint a contractor, or when a live project needs intervention. Each package has a defined scope and defined deliverables, and every finding is yours to act on, whoever you appoint next.
Fit-Out Feasibility & Risk Review
For clients considering a unit before signing a lease or committing to construction. We assess whether the space can deliver your concept, what it will take, and where the risk sits, while you can still negotiate or walk away.
Site & landlord-condition review
The physical condition of the unit and the landlord's fit-out conditions reviewed against your intended use.
Preliminary approval route
The landlord and authority approvals your project will require, and the sequence in which they must be secured.
MEP capacity & constraints
Power, cooling, water, drainage, and ventilation provisions assessed against the demands of your concept.
Programme feasibility
A realistic view of the fit-out duration in the context of your lease terms and target opening.
Budget-risk identification
The cost drivers and unknowns most likely to move your budget, identified before they are contractual.
Recommended delivery route
A reasoned recommendation: design & build, turnkey fit-out, or independent project management.
Who it is for: tenants and owners weighing a specific unit, operators comparing shortlisted locations, and anyone negotiating a lease who wants the fit-out implications understood before signature rather than after.
Design & Tender Readiness Package
For clients who hold a concept but are not ready to appoint a contractor. We convert the design into a complete, priceable tender package, so bids come back comparable, and the contract is awarded on full information.
Architectural & MEP design review
The design information reviewed for completeness, coordination, and compliance before it goes to market.
Missing-information register
A formal register of gaps, clashes, and undefined items that would otherwise become variations after award.
Buildability review
Details, materials, and sequencing assessed for practical execution on site in UAE conditions.
BOQ preparation
A structured bill of quantities so every bidder prices the same defined scope.
Tender package
Drawings, specifications, BOQ, and tender conditions assembled into a single issue-ready package.
Bid levelling & award recommendation
Returned bids normalised, qualified, and compared, with a reasoned recommendation for award.
Who it is for: clients with a concept design in hand who want competitive, comparable contractor pricing, and protection from the scope gaps that surface as claims once a contract is signed.
Project Recovery Audit
For projects that are delayed, disputed, or commercially uncontrolled. An independent audit that establishes the true position of the works, the money, and the approvals, and sets out a defined path to recovery.
Programme-status assessment
Actual progress established against the contract programme, with the critical path and true completion outlook identified.
Design & procurement bottlenecks
Outstanding design information and unprocured packages reviewed to find what is genuinely holding the project.
Variation & payment review
Instructed, claimed, and disputed variations reviewed against certified and paid amounts.
Approval-status review
Landlord and authority approvals mapped: what is secured, what is pending, and what has not been applied for.
Contractor-performance assessment
Resourcing, quality, and progress assessed factually against the contractor's obligations.
Recovery action plan
A prioritised, accountable plan of actions to bring programme, cost, and quality back under control.
Who it is for: clients whose project has stalled, whose costs have lost definition, or who no longer have an independent view of what is actually happening on site.
Diagnosis, then delivery
An advisory package is a first engagement, not a commitment to anything further. Its findings stand on their own. In practice, most clients use the assessment to choose their delivery route and progress with clarity.

Can we commission a package without appointing NASH afterwards?
Yes. Each package is a self-contained engagement and the deliverables are yours: the report, the registers, the BOQ, the tender package, or the recovery plan can be taken forward with any consultant or contractor you choose. There is no obligation, stated or implied, to appoint NASH for the works.
What information do we need to provide to start?
Whatever exists at your stage: the lease or letter of intent, landlord fit-out guidelines, any drawings or concept material, contractor quotations or contracts, and correspondence on a live project. We confirm exactly what is needed at the outset, and an incomplete file is normal - identifying what is missing is part of the assessment.
Can NASH act as contractor after an independent review?
Yes, with responsibilities clearly separated. If you later appoint NASH as design & build partner or turnkey contractor, that appointment is made under its own contract with its own governance. Independent certification is not combined with contractor execution where this would create a conflict of interest.
How is the output delivered?
As a written report with the supporting registers and documents for your package, followed by a review call to walk through the findings, answer questions, and agree what you do next.
